I am a qualified psychological counsellor and coach as well as a graduate social pedagogue, and I have specialised in the counselling format Walk & Talk.

In my work, I am deeply interested in the many challenges and turning points that life brings. I meet my clients with appreciation and respect for their decision to actively engage with their lives and create meaningful change.

I believe strongly in the inner resources of every person. What I value most about coaching is witnessing the moment when someone begins to see their own strength and recognises that they are the true expert for their life and their challenges. 

The unique part of my work is how I see my clients. I don’t only hear what they say – I see their light, their potential and their strength. I reflect this power back to them and guide them toward their own inner power.

Walking side by side in nature creates a relaxed and open atmosphere where thoughts can flow more freely and new perspectives often emerge naturally.

Alongside my coaching work, I offer support around psychedelic experiences, helping people prepare for meaningful inner work, providing guidance during the experience, and supporting the integration of insights afterwards in a grounded and psychologically supportive way.
